    We worked with Brian in our move from Wisconsin to the Erie area. He was
courteous, attentive, and efficient in handling everything related to our
relocation needs. Brian helped to make our move as seamless as
possible.... he answered our e-mails and phone calls quickly, was eager

     When I was accepted into LECOM in Erie Pennsylvania I was very concerned about moving from Utah. We were fortunate that our realtor in Utah referred us to Brian Johnson (REMAX Realtor). My wife and I were very impressed with Brian after the first time we spoke with him. Over the phone we had expressed our concerns about Erie and also about finding a neighborhood that would be best for our two children. Brian immediately started sending us numerous listings of houses that were in our price range and also fit the needs of our family. He also went the extra mile and sent us a huge package full of brochures and information about Erie and the surrounding area. This helped us to feel better about our move. Brian would always keep us updated with new listings in our price range.

     Our first visit to Erie was very short and we needed to find a house and a job. We scheduled with Brian to start looking at houses on the first day that we arrived. Brian was on time and even picked us up at our hotel. He was prepared with a folder full of the listings and the prearranged times that we would be looking at them. He also had a cooler full of snacks and drinks for the long day ahead. One of the great things about Brian is that he had also scheduled time to give us a tour of the city and also the local attractions, which was very helpful because we weren’t familiar with the area. He made us feel very comfortable about our decision to move to Erie. Brian was very aware of our time constraints and because of his excellent scheduling we were able to find a home and put in an accepted offer midway through the second day. He was so efficient that we were able to have a full day to explore the city and actually have a vacation instead of just a business trip.

     The house that Brian found us was a spec home and was still in the process of being built. While the house was being finished we were still in Utah and Brian would send us pictures and also watch the house to make sure that it was being finished properly. During the moving process we shipped our car from Utah; this created a problem because the car was going to arrive in Erie before we did. Brian really helped us by offering to let us ship the car to his house and he would park it for us until we arrived. When we arrived at Brian’s home to pick up our car we were surprised that he had taken our car and cleaned it for us.

     During the closing process Brian was always with us helping us along the way. Brian did such a great job that we plan on having him sell our home when we return back to Utah. We would recommend him to everyone.
